1. Fully executed purchase contract signed by all parties
2. Escrow letter verifying the deposit was made
3. Entity documentation (if applicable), including articles of incorporation, EIN, Bylaws or Operating Agreement, corporate resolution, and certificate of good standing
4. Identification for all borrowers, guarantors and shareholders as applicable.
5. Addendum to the contract with changes to the name of the legal entity (if applicable)
6. Condo questionnaire (if applicable)
7. Master condo insurance and flood insurance policy
8. Proof of other real estate owned
9. Proof of income and employment
10. Bank statements
11. Proof of funds to close and reserves
