TRANSFORMATION OFFICE TEAM LEAD
LOCATION: CORAL GABLES, FL
Job Duties
Lead organizational transformation by driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of change programs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Communicating/working closely with parent office
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee cross-functional projects from design to implementation.
• Identify and optimize business processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure consistent use of methodologies (Agile, Lean, project management).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure initiatives meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor transformation professionals, building a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear communication, documentation, and reporting across all initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Education/Work Experience Requirements
• BA degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5 yrs experience with Transformation/Change Management Team Leadership in a Financial Institution; 2 yrs experience leading professionals specializing in transformation/change management.
Special Requirements
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology, and Jira and Confluence platforms.
• Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable.
